No Right-click context menu on Start Menu

This problem occured on a friend of mine's
PC: if you open the START Menu and 
Programs you cannot get a right-click 
context menu - to Sort By Name, Delete, etc.


== What to do

1.	First make sure the that IE4 Shell
	Enhancements are enabled in TweakUI

2.	Click Start | Run (or Windows key+R)
	and type in Regedit, and click OK

3.	Navigate down to
	HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer

	In the right hand pane, do you 
	see anything that says

		NoViewContextMenu

	or one that says

		NoChangeStartMenu

4. 	You can also search for these words
	using the Regedit search.

	You may find it in LOCAL_MACHINE also.

5.	If you find these keys simply change
	the data value to 0 (zero), or 
	delete the value entirely.
